Eyewitnesses are claiming to Radar Online that Lohan was seen driving into a woman pushing a baby stroller across a West Hollywood street on Sept. 1. The website shows video of Lohan’s Maserati driving away from the scene of the alleged crime, which happened late in the afternoon on Wednesday. Eyewitnesses claim that the troubled starlet didn’t look both ways before turning and, as a result, clipped the front of the baby stroller. Brayan Jaime was on the scene and told Radar he believes Lohan must have known she struck the victims. "It wasn’t super hard but she made impact and hit them," said. He believes Lohan knew what she did and tried to evade him when he began to follow her in his car. "She was just driving like crazy once I started following her. She was trying to lose me, blowing stop signs and stuff. Lindsay was scared because she knew I saw what she did." In the video, the victimized woman watches in shock as the car hits the brakes to make sure everyone appears unhurt and then drives off. The two continue across the street but the child is visibly upset and can be heard crying. When the site reached out for a comment, Lohan denied even knowing about the incident. I really don't know about this one, but it doesn't sound outside the realm of possibility, so I'll pass it along. A paparazzo is claiming he witnessed Lindsay Lohan hit a woman pushing a stroller, according to TMZ. Jaime tells us he spotted Lindsay in her Maserati pulling out of her apartment building, then running a red light and making a left, right into the stroller. Jaime says it was "full impact ... It was a major hit." Jaime tells us the bumper struck the nanny in the leg and hit the stroller "in the middle, knocking 3 of the 4 wheels in the air." Jaime says the baby was crying. We asked Jaime about the video his friend shot seconds after the alleged incident -- in which the nanny is strolling along, seemingly unaffected. He said, "She was in shock and Hispanic so she was scared." No police report has been filed. As for why Jaime didn't call the cops, he said, "I should have. I'm not sure. I didn't want to get involved." IF this is true, then what sounds more likely is that Lindsay "clipped" them, since it would seem that hitting a woman and stroller with a car full-on would cause some bodily harm.
