Movie superstar Jamie Foxx will be making a splashy return to TV this fall. Find out about his new show and see what Diddy has to say about the lawsuit filed against him when you read on... <!--break--> FOX recently announced that it has picked up a new sketch comedy produced by Jamie Foxx. The show is tentatively called “The Jamie Foxx Project” and will debut in the upcoming 2010-2011 television season. It will be a half-hour show similar to “In Living Color” offering a fresh take on pop culture, with spoofs of commercials, TV shows, and celebrities. Kevin Reilly, President of Entertainment at FOX said, "“Jamie Foxx’s brilliance first shined on FOX, so it’s fantastic to welcome him back to the network.” Jaime was hilarious on "In Living Color." Will you watch the new show? Trouble in Bad Boy land. A 51-year-old music executive known as "the Mom" or "Auntie" at Bad Boy Records is suing Sean "P. Diddy" Combs for $12 million claiming that she was fired for being old and disabled. Francesca Spero says in her lawsuit that she is "renowned for launching the careers of various urban music figures, including Combs" but had a falling out with him after being laid up with hip surgery in 2008. Spero says Diddy told her she could no longer "run around" and earned too much money for "someone who could no longer keep up with his fast-paced lifestyle," according to her lawsuit. A spokesperson for Sean Combs released a statement saying, "This is a grab for money by someone who concedes in her complaint to having had a drug relapse while on the job and an employer who was not satisfied with her work. There are many reasons why Ms. Spero is no longer employed by Bad Boy, but age discrimination is not one of them." Seems like Diddy is prepared to take this to court if need be. Montana was not pleased when she heard the mean remarks from Jamie Foxx and his radio crew so took to her twitter page. She claimed that Jamie Foxx was also debuting a film--- a gay porno with Vivid Entertainment. LOL. Good way to stir up those gay rumors since Jamie Foxx's sexuality is always being questioned. Baby girl needs a reality check. Being a "celeb" does not mean you will always hear or read only positive things about yourself. According to Deadline, though, Foxx is in the process of polishing his producer byline by developing a project called 'Tommy's Little Girl,' which will focus on the relationship between an aging mob boss and his daughter. It may not be the most obvious genre for Foxx, who made his name on television with the classic sketch comedy series 'In Living Color,' but as his career has shown, Foxx enjoys nothing more than pushing his creative boundaries and defying expectations. And 'Tommy's Little Girl' is no different: To pitch the series, Foxx is putting together a full-length trailer, financed by a private investor, which he plans to then use a calling card to drum up studio interest. The tide has turned in Dwyane Wade's favor. He was granted temporary custody of his two little boys yesterday by a Chicago judge. The judge commented that Siohvaughn Wade's antics have gotten out of control and she hasn't been obeying the rules (like actually showing up to her court dates) laid down by the judge. More ish when you read on... <!--break--> According to the Washington Post: The Chicago court found that an emergency order was merited because Wade's time for visitation with his children "has been frustrated on an ongoing basis as a result of continual interference" by his estranged wife Siohvaughn. The court cited three instances, one in March and two in May, where Dwyane Wade's visitation schedules were altered, the last happening when his wife allegedly would not open the gate to her home so the boys could be picked up. "The Court is troubled by the continuing pattern of (Siohvaughn Wade) to obey court orders when they go her way and disobey court orders when they do not," wrote Associate Judge Fe Fernandez in the order. Oh snap. Another hearing is scheduled for later this month on both the divorce and custody cases. And since Dwyane is going for full custody of the boys, that trial kicks off July 19th. Tyler Perry confirmed via a letter to his fans yesterday that Mariah Carey indeed dropped out of his For Colored Girls movie. He said he was on vacay "with a special lady" (*eyebrows raised*) when he got the call. And it was only 5 days before shooting was to begin on the movie. He said he was not given the exact reason as to why and cannot confirm the pregnancy rumors, but he did say it must be something big for her to drop out under doctor's orders. Hmmm.... And actress Stacey Dash blames her drug addict late father for why she always gets it in on first dates and marries folks so quickly. Reports state: Dash admits she used to rely on compliments from her lovers to settle her insecurities and she's convinced her need to be "defined" by a man stems from her father's absence from her childhood. But the star refuses to hold a grudge against her late dad because he was a drug addict. She says, "My father was a beautiful, loving, kind man who was ill. She adds, "It's the first time I've been out there (on the dating scene). Since I was 17 I've never been single. I felt like I needed a man to define me, and I'm finally at a stage in my life where I want to define myself and I'm so happy." "The Insider" has obtained papers showing that Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has filed for divorce from her husband of nearly a decade. Beauvais-Nilon filed divorce papers in May, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split from her husband Mike Nilon. She asked the court to require her husband to pay her spousal support and pay for her attorney fees. She also asked the court to recommend joint physical and legal custody of their children. Back in April, Beauvais-Nilon told "The Insider" that she was "healing" on the same day that reports claimed that she sent an email to her husband's colleagues accusing him of cheating. "My focus at this time is on my kids and healing the pain. There will be no further comment," Beauvais-Nilon told "The Insider." The actress, who has appeared on shows like "NYPD Blue" and "The Jamie Foxx Show," has been married to Nilon since 2001.
