Her swept back hair was perfect (if a little stiff), her makeup was stunning... overall a flawless appearance. Gemma Arterton looked beautiful and feminine in a warm rose-colored boatneck dress from next season's Louis Vuitton collection, while Kirsten Dunst wore a dark blue corseted LV dress that was perhaps a couple of inches too long for her. Creative director Marc Jacobs sang backup to Donna Summer for a bit while celebs shopped through the store's elaborate rooms, which were decorated by a local theater company. One room was a pine forest that had a luxury tent where a genie-type lady served absinthe; another was decked out to look like a vintage shipping port; another was a mini-harem. There was a "bag bar," that had stools positioned in front of rotating racks of purses. Oh, and a VIP apartment for shoppers above the store. Who says there's a recession going on?
