Let's say you're the teenage daughter of a famous actor, and you want to be a star in your own right. You could do things the traditional way, auditioning for roles and working your way up from bit parts to bigger ones. If that's too difficult, you could name-drop your way onto a reality show. And if even that takes too long, you could try something more extreme: releasing your own sex tape. And that's exactly what Laurence Fishburne's daughter, nineteen-year-old Montana Fishburne, has done. The younger of Laurence Fishburne's two children from his first marriage (he also has a toddler with current wife Gina Torres), Montana is starring in a new pornographic film from Vivid Entertainment. The beautiful young lady says she hopes to use porn as a shortcut to fame... like a certain reality show star. "I've watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape," Fishburne tells the press. Unlike Kim Kardashian -- not to mention Paris Hilton, Kendra Wilkinson, Pamela Anderson and Danielle Staub -- Fishburne isn't claiming that her sex tape was stolen and released against her will. Even though some (perhaps most) of the aforementioned ladies profited from the sale of their tapes, they stuck to the story that the tapes were never intended for public viewing. The idea that the tapes were private made them more fascinating for voyeurs, while encouraging the rest of us to think of those celebs as good girls with a naughty side (not porn stars). But Montana seems to have missed that memo. She's proudly taking ownership of the sex tape -- which, judging from the available stills, is less of a "sex tape" and more of a high-budget adult film. In other words: she's launching her career as a porn star by cleverly promoting her debut feature as a sex tape. Maybe she actually does hope to move into a legitimate film and TV career, like Kardashian. But wouldn't an appearance on Dancing With the Stars or I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here be a better launching pad than an adult film? Either Fishburne has a really crappy manager, or she's trying to make headlines as a porn star -- and succeeding. Whatever her motivation, we can't help feeling bad for Montana's father. He's made no comment so far, and we have no idea what his relationship with Montana is like. But we know there are better ways to exploit your famous parentage than doing porn. Postpartum depression reveals itself in many ways - from anxiety to loss of sleep to reduced libido - and affects between 5% to 25% of new mothers, with percentages varying based on the severity of the symptoms. Worst of all, Howard says: "I definitely felt I was a rotten mother - not a bad one, a rotten one. Because the truth was, every time I looked at my son, I wanted to disappear." The actress adds that she screamed expletives at husband Seth Gabel and exhibited behavior "he had never experienced in the seven years we had been together." But, fortunately, Howard got help, which included reading Brooke Shields' "Down Came the Rain" and speaking to a therapist. She now describes herself as happier than ever. When Howard was first announced as the replacement for Rachelle Lefevre in Eclipse, Twilight fans were outraged. In the same newsletter, 29-year-old Howard, who found out she was pregnant just five days after her 2006 wedding to Seth Gabel, talks honestly about her harrowing time with PPD. The Eclipse star, who admits she hardly remembers giving birth to son Theo in 2007, says, "In those moments after giving birth, I felt nothing." Howard admits at first she could only refer to her son as "it"and that "breast-feeding was even more painful than giving birth."She adds that even after talking with a lactation consultant, "I felt incompetent. I refused to give up, forcing myself to do everything possible so that my son would consume only my breast milk with no supplementation. Gwyneth Paltrow Talks Postpartum Depression

Itâs very common among new mothers, and Gwyneth Paltrow is the first to admit sheâs battled with postpartum depression. Of her sonâs April 2006 birth, the âShallow Hallâ actress wrote in her latest GOOP newsletter, "When my son, Moses, came into the world in 2006, I expected to have another period of euphoria following his birth, much the way I had when my daughter was born two years earlier. Instead I was confronted with one of the darkest and most painfully debilitating chapters of my life." Ms Paltrow says she later found out "for about five months I had what I can see in hindsight as postnatal depression." Also pitching in on the newsletter to reveal her struggles with postpartum, âNew Moonâ star Bryce Dallas Howard said, "In those moments after giving birth, I felt nothing," she says, explaining that she hardly recalls giving birth. She says she called her son (with husband Seth Gabel) "it" instead of by his name, and couldn't bring herself to breastfeed at times because of the pain.

She tells, "People, myself included, have stayed up at night reading the ['Twilight'] books over and over and over again, and watching the films over and over and over again, and really loving it so, so intensely. Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner were the main event, as expected, at last night's Eclipse premiere in LA. The Twilight trio posed together and signed autographs for as many fans as possible, well beyond the official start time of the screening - watch previews of our red carpet interviews with more to come on PopSugar Rush today! Kristen's one-shouldered Elie Saab is getting great reviews from you, and it looked fantastic between Rob and Taylor's matching Gucci suits. She was also making it two nights in a row for stilettos and minis, but she happily posed for all the cameras. Rob, on the other hand, was fresh off another week of work with his new leading lady, Rosie the elephant. As for the saga's other beautiful women - Anna Kendrick's metallic dress shimmered, though at moments her strappy shoes sort of stole the show. Bryce Dallas Howard joked that her husband was a little intimidated when he saw the crowd and said she was having a blast. Her yellow gown was outstanding with the famous red hair as well. Nikki Reed was especially happy to have her two brothers as dates in her feathery Marchesa and said she loves working out with Elizabeth Reaser. Ashley Greene flashed her hot shoes and some leg when she held up her gorgeous gown to greet the crowds, though for the most past she let her train flow behind her. Just like Kristen, Dakota was in her own Elie Saab, only opting for a neutral which let her studded Louboutins do the talking. Kellan Lutz made a big statement bringing AnnaLynne McCord as his public date, and she proudly placed herself on "Team Emmett!" He also brought his extended family, who she stayed close to as he fielded questions and flashed those comfortable Calvin Kleins when asked. Kellan also gave a shout out to his new next-to-nothing wardrobe, saying he's so happy for all the opportunities to work with great talent.
